Wine & Clean! Community Clean-Up with HaloVino

Join us at CHARCOAL beer garden + tapas as we welcome HaloVino® reusable wine tumblers to the Miami scene with a community clean-up that features... you guessed it...wine!

TICKETS

A new addition to The Wynwood Yard's ongoing programming to support and promote sustainability, Wine & Clean invites participants to meet at CHARCOAL at 5:30 p.m. to sip on a welcome glass of wine using your new HaloVino reusable tumbler, along with a complimentary bite to fuel your energy for the neighborhood clean-up.

At 6 p.m., the group, armed with HaloVino tumblers and tools to pick up debris, will cruise the Wynwood neighborhood collecting trash with a pit stop at Chef Brian Nasajon's newest restaurant, Mason for another splash of wine. The community cleaning team will then head back at CHARCOAL to weigh the garbage collected and enjoy a final glass of wine.

About HaloVino® reusable wine tumblers:

HaloVino® reusable wine tumblers were created by Jessica Bell, a somelier, wine school owner, and internationally respected wine educator. She created HaloVino® as the "smart and fun solution to non-glass wine consumption. Best part: as it was created by a som (and wine snob) who knows wine, it was developed with the perfect shape for showcasing wine's aroma and taste. Wine smells & tastes worlds better when enjoyed from this REUSABLE tumbler over a regualar plastic tumbler. Wine drinkers rejoice! You can now enjoy wine again at our outdoor venue, and not feel guilty for trashing our planet!

Did you know?

Plastic cups do not get recycled in our magic city on the sea, and they take thousands of years to break down. Plastic never truly disintegrates, rather it slowly breaks down into smaller and smaller pieces of microplastic, posing a major threat to marine animals, and the safety of consumable seafood. It's been reported that every minute, around the world, around one million disposable cups end up in landfills, or worse yet... in oceans. (Find more stats here). This is a world-wide issue, and we must do our part here in Miami to help reduce waste. Thank you for being part of the solution!
