Join us at The Wynwood Yard for fun, hands-on Right on Target Cooking Classes led by some of Miami’s favorite chefs!
On Tuesday, June 12th, we're welcoming Michael Schwartz, the man behind The Genuine Hospitality Group—his credits include Michael's Genuine, Genuine Pizza, Amara at Paraiso, Harry's Pizzeria, Ella, Fi'lia Restaurant, and Michael Schwartz Events.
He'll lead participants through the following dishes:
-Summer peach & burrata salad with shaved red onion, radish, basil, toasted almonds, and lemon vinaigrette
-Pan-seared chicken thighs with salsa verde
-Fregola with fennel, orange, and green olive
-Warm chocolate chunk cookie
A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit Wellness in the Schools programs, which are committed to ending childhood obesity through nutrition and fitness education. This series is partially funded by Target Foundation and in partnership with Wellness in the Schools. Four tickets from each class will be donated to members of the community, including first responders and teachers.
