HypeGirls is proud to announce the first PERIOD MovementChapter in Miami.
We are back with our fourth Period Packing Party and charity drive at the Wynwood Yard!
In September, we serviced over 300 Periods, THANK YOU! We had some amazing support from our featured sponsors, Kali Boxes, Nene Fem Health, and UltuCup. AMAZING. We were also featured on PBS South Florida, you can check the video out here.
Last month we doubled our goal of 150 packs! This month we hope to maintain that number and pack another 300 bags! We know together we can achieve this and more, so please go tell your friends and family about our cause.
The event is FREE! We only ask that you kindly bring unopened feminine products so we can get this packing party started! We also accept donations in person, here on Eventbrite or via CashApp $PeriodMiami. With your donations, we are able to purchase feminine products at a very discounted wholesale rate. We are a 501c3 so your donations are tax deductible.
Even if you are unable to bring any products or make a donation, we still value your time as a volunteer! It will be a fun party with special giveaways from this month's featured sponsors.
Feminine hygiene items may include (but not limited to): Pads, Tampons, Menstrual Cups, Cleansing Cloths, Feminine Wipes etc.
