Join us Wednesdays for live jazz under the stars featuring Miami music luminaries living in our midst. These shows are curated by Chad Bernstein of Guitars Over Guns.

On January 17th, renowned Australian guitarist, composer and educator Tim Jago offers us a live performance by the Tim Jago Quartet. Jago has led and co-led groups at jazz festivals including The York Jazz and Soul Festival in Western Australia (2008, 2009), The Perth International Jazz Festival (2013, 2014), and The Melbourne International Jazz Festival (2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015). Most recently he was announced as a semi-finalist in the inaugural Wes Montgomery International Jazz Guitar Competition (2015). He has performed and recorded with a host of world-class musicians including Patti Austin, Terence Blanchard, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Chick Corea, Dave Douglas, Gloria Estefan, Wycliffe Gordon, Dave Liebman, Bobby McFerrin, Vince Mendoza, Steve Miller, James Morrison, Danilo Perez, Chris Potter, and Arturo Sandoval, to name a few.

Tables are pulled up near the stage for that jazzy club feel under the stars. Savor cocktails, as well as wine by the bottle or the glass from The Bar at The Yard and bites from our resident food concepts. Admission is free. #jazzattheyard
