Join Health Coach/Yoga Instructor Adriana Herdan for a night of resolutions and action plans. Together we'll map out a way to accomplish your goals for a new year and rewrite old stories that have been keeping you from accomplishing them in the past. You can bring a list of resolutions or make it in the event. All materials will be provided.
