Slow Food Miami hosts our very first “Snail Social” of the year on Tuesday, January 10th from 6-8 p.m. at della test kitchen. 

As part of the Snail Social, della test kitchen will host a complimentary happy hour, a mini-mixology workshop courtesy of The Liquid Projects, and a special garden tour with Little River Coop. 

Attendees will savor complimentary samples of della test kitchen favorites, and will receive a 10% discount on regularly priced items at della test kitchen, including crowd favorites such as:

• Dalé Bowl: Hearty brown rice and refried black beans, topped with nutty cashew queso, pico de gallo, tofu with a kick of chipotle, marinated kale, creamy avocado and salsa verde
• Mediterranean Bowl: Nutty brown rice and chickpeas, sweet potatoes, earthy kale, crunchy raw roots and hummus and drizzle of sweet citrus tahini sauce
• Almond Butter Joy Smoothie Creamy bananas whipped with almond butter and milk, sweet dates and spiked with pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and sea salt
• Open-faced Ice-Cream Sandwich: Serendipity vanilla nut mylk ice cream and chocolate ganache stacked on a a gluten-free shortbread cookie
• Green Lemonade: Crisp apple, fortifying spinach, mint, cucumber, ginger and lemon

Drink specials at Bar at the Yard will include happy hour prices on a garden-to-glass punch and select local craft beers.
