Israeli Shabbat at the Yard

Join us for  della test kitchen's October Shabbat at the Yard will feature a special collaboration with our friends at Cold Pressed Raw Kitchen, in partnership with OneTableMiami Jews, and Serendipity Creamery Wynwood. This Mediterranean-inspired menu includes delicious traditional Israeli dishes with a creative spin. Drinks include wine from Mortar & Pistil Bar and Cold Pressed Raw's Pomagranate Sangria.

From DTK: muhmara, sweet potato hummus, quinoa tabouleh, picked cauliflower & olives & Israeli salad

From CPR: carrot with harissa and pistachio dip, dolmah with red olive, walnut and pomegranate puree & ful medammes


Entrees:

From CPR: Stuffed eggplant with mushrooms, red quinoa, pomegranate and mint-tahini dressing, cherry tomatoes, roasted lemon, pomegranate and red cabbage salad

From DTK: Hippie Bubbe's Stuffed Cabbage with smoked tempeh and buckwheat tomato broth

Mujaddara with lentils, caramelized onions, and brown rice
