Tip to Tail Cooking Demo with Miami Smokers : Earth Day

Join us for a culinary adventure at this third of three cooking demos at The Wynwood Yard's Earth Day Festival on April 21st.

Miami Smokers is on a mission to provide consumers the best high quality and heritage breed animals. They strive to use the most sustainable and responsibly sourced meats and cater to creating delicious pork meals. 

They will be demonstrating how to make the most out of your meat. The focus of the class will be on the tip to tail techniques; using the whole animal to create meals essentially reducing waste. Learn how to make sausages from different parts of the animal in the YardBox from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm on 4/21/18.

This cooking class will be hosted on behalf of The Wynwood Yard as part of Earth Day at the Yard. The goal of this full-day event is to elevate consciousness, create awareness, and educate our community about green initiatives and how each person can reduce their carbon footprint and make a positive impact, locally and globally. Plant-based eating is part of living a greener life, personally and from a global perspective.
