Thank you so much for your interest in joining The Wynwood Yard! We are currently seeking applications for pop-ups (especially dessert pop-ups) as well as for a new culinary concept.

Joining the Wynwood Yard is more than securing a place to sell your product. The Yard is composed of an eclectic group of entrepreneurs, creatives and culinary mavericks working together to create a new breed of community. From a stacked events calendar, to our e-mail list, ice-machines, security, common-area furniture, shared amenities, bar, and collective marketing and promotional representation – earning a spot in The Yard is a force multiplier for exposure.

Community Standards Acknowledgement

I understand that all culinary vendors accepted into the program are required to: 1) pay rent, 2) pay a CAM fee for shared infrastructure and services, 3) operate during specified business hours (for food trucks: Tues-Sun, 12PM-close, varies for pop-up vendors), 4) provide proof of required insurance, 5) provide proof of required food vending licenses 6) adhere to the community guidelines and responsibilities associated with being a tenant, including collaborative participation in events and maintaining an orderly area of operation.
